The property is sold Voetstoots / as it is and maintenance of the property is almost done, known as Phase 1.
Phase one:
Fix and replacing of broken roof tiles, replace all wooden facia boards.
Paint of roof and gutters.
Fix of all cracks on outside walls, garage & indoor walls.
Repaint of plastered outdoor walls.
Repaint of all indoor walls.
Installation of new pvc ceilings in all bedrooms, both bathrooms, corridor & Kitchen.
Removal of all carpets.
Cutting and removal of bushes and some trees in garden.
COC for account of purchaser.
Phase 2: (for the costs of the purchaser)
Complete quotation can be provided to the purchaser to complete the rest and installation of new kitchen.
